We wanted to post this review having engaged Tom to undertake a survey on a property we were purchasing. Tom was very informative and exacting in the lead up to the survey and when we received the report we found it to be very comprehensive and thorough in all aspects. Where clarification and expansion to any elements of the report was required, Tom was happy to take the time to further explain more detail to us. After being recommended to us, I instructed TLBC Ltd t/a Tom Lefek Surveying to survey a property that my Husband and I are hoping to move into. Mr Lefek was extremely helpful during our initial telephone conversation, obtaining information from me about the property that we were hoping to buy and about which survey would be the best one to have. As soon as Mr Lefek had finished the survey, he contacted me to give me an indication of what he had found and to let me know how long the report would take to compile. A couple of days later I received the report by email and I was astonished at the level of detailed information that it contained. The professionalism and service given by Mr Lefek has been exceptional and I am absolutely delighted. My husband and I have no hesitation at all in recommending Me Lefek, TLBC Ltd to anyone who requires the services of a first class Surveyor.

This is my third house move in a few years because of re-locating for work. I have encountered many estate agents during this time across UK.
