The service I received from Silcom over the past month was absolutely amazing. I was contacted by Jake Ford who spoke to me about my own wants and needs very thoroughly and found me a perfect position. He kept me updated whenever possible and found the perfect place where I feel happy and can see a long career forming. The rest of the team are also very attentive and helped when I had questions and needed help alongside checking in on my first day. If I could rate 6 I would.

When I was looking for a new job I received a phone call out of the blue from Josh advising he'd seen my cv on a job search site, he told me he'd been tasked to find a good fit for a role and asked if I was interested, he explained a bit more about the role and said it would all move very quickly if I was interested. I said I was and he promptly arranged an interview for the very next day, I attended the interview and was advised by Josh within an hour that I'd received an offer, I accepted the job offer and handed my notice in! Josh was right about the whole thing happening quickly, I wasn't even registered with Silcom Recruitment and didn't mind at all that they had contacted me directly. I was really impressed with Josh and the communication I received from him, it didn't end when I accepted the job, Josh kept in touch constantly all through my notice period and I even popped in to their office to say hi and meet the rest of the team, what a great bunch of guys, I would highly recommend using Silcom Recruitment, Josh was amazing and would be the first person I'd contact if I was looking for a job again.
