Avoid at all costs! I ordered parts and 2 of them were faulty (Corroded legs and a known faulty manufacturer) Returned them at my cost, was then told Kenwood deny any issue with these parts or there has ever been an issue with a model. By LAW i'm entitled to return something for a full refund within 14 days. Extremely rude on the phone and kept hanging up. They do not seem to understand how the law works. I gave them opportunity to refund me and they didn't so I will be taking out a section 75 with my credit card company.

Referred to Fullers by Kenwood after a firmware update failed and "bricked" my head unit. Good advice by phone, posted in special delivery for an advised 7-10 days turn around. Phone call from Bob next day to say not only was it there, it was fixed and ready for return. Unit back with me the following day and back up and running. Annoying to have to pay for a repair when installing manufacturer approved software but that's an issue for me to take up with Kenwood... the service from Fullers was fantastic. Thanks Bob & team.
