        Hard to get hold of on phone but after emailing had an appointment to visit We had excellent advice and came away knowing exactly what we wanted .We had a quote after chasing them which we accepted but then the service went down hill . Despite numerous emails they failed to come back to us to process our order ,maybe it was too far for them to come out to measure but we made the effort to travel to them ( its only about 20 miles away ) So disappointed as we had found exactly what we wanted. Our order was around 3000.00 so surprised they couldnt be bothered to respond .
