Visited with my grandmother (who is local) and had absolutely delicious food from their lunch menu. The restaurant was very quiet (sunny bank holiday weekend - I think there were a few people in the garden) and so they turned the music down so my quite deaf grandmother had no issues hearing me. The service was top class, they've obviously got to know my grandmother in her visits, and remembered how she liked her after dinner coffee. They were attentive but not stifling. I had briefly mentioned to my grandmother we were out for her birthday and she should treat herself to some fries... Later David surprised us with a very nicely decorated birthday dessert! 5* service, I know my grandmother takes people fairly often and I hope others feel as well looked after as we were. Dietary restrictions: Grandmother is gluten free, and had a good selection of options she'd have been very happy with.

Great service start to finish. David called to confirm my booking on the day and had excellent and friendly phone service. When we got there all the staff were super welcoming and polite. The restaurant itself is lovely and has a great atmosphere. Great menu for food and drinks and about average prices for quality food. Presentation of food was great and everything was nice and hot. Bar service was also quick and fantastic. Very classic and professional looking and all staff were friendly and smiling throughout our visit. Would 100% recommend and would definitely go back again. Thank you. Dietary restrictions: One of our party was able to get a great range of choice for Gluten free starter and main. Need a few more GF dessert options but she was very happy with the options otherwise.
