When I called to inquire about a kitchen the person who answered the phone was very unprofessional and rude.

Unbelievably unprofessional, had a wardrobe job booked and a kitchen quote awaiting a decision, because we wouldn't be forced into booking the kitchen job the owner cancelled our bedroom work! Disgraceful behaviour. IN RESPONSE to the owners reply below: At no time did you mention that you do not do a separate job for wardrobe doors without a customer committing to a kitchen project. There's no "seem to have got it wrong" because you HAD agreed a price AND booked a start date of the 6th April. You knew exactly what you were doing and it did not matter to you in anyway whatsoever that you had upset and disappointed a customer!

We have used Peter and his wonderful team many times over the years for bedrooms, bathroom and now my new kitchen! Being a keen cook and cake decorator I was anxious to have a practical, yet modern kitchen and so Peter came and sat with me and designed a tailor made kitchen to suit my needs. His team converted our garage and knocked through into the existing kitchen to create a wonderful room. I have everything at my fingertips when I am working and have my own 'baking area' which is very useful in a busy family kitchen! From start to finish Peter and his team are punctual, reliable, hardworking and very friendly and their standard of work is second to none! I wouldn't use anyone else!
