Misleading advertisement Misleading advertisement of Harkilla clothing item as being on sale and in stock. This was not the case. Order placed following which I phoned to check and was advised over the phone that the item was in stock and would be dispatched within 1-2 days. This did not happen and I was emailed advising item not in stock. On pressing the matter, the excuse changed to a defective item rather than not being in stock. Be wary of ordering online, as in my case money was taken for an order that was not fulfilled. I am still awaiting my refund at time of review. Date of experience: 11 April 2023
