Excellent service from start to finish. I was a little hesitant at first as I've never had my carpets cleaned before and wasnt sure if it was going to make any difference but I was shocked how crisp and clean they come up, like new. The guy that come to do it was really friendly and down to earth and it was cheaper and much less hassle than I thought. Would definitely reccomend!

Very nice and hard working people but sadly the clean didn't remove my stains - just faded them and freshened up the carpets. It was a wet system and the carpets were sodden for 2 days - some of them longer - leaving some permanent wet 'wave' stains as they dried. Also there are now deep divot stains under my furniture where it was put back onto very wet carpet. They came back to re-treat the stains but it didn't change much. Disappointed after paying over 650. I was asked for their number but sadly I couldn't recommend them. Investigate chem dry systems - I've heard they are good.
