Stay away!!! They will charge you for extra things without you knowing. also rude staff and poor customer service.

Disgusting service, I would never recommend this company. Is so blunt and rude to his customers, on arrival I didnt even get a hello they just wanted my money and sent me on my way. No personal skills at all. This is not a fake review as I have actually used your service, I apologised for any damage made and my complaint isnt relating to that. Its relating to the blunt customer service I received from the start of collecting the box. I have been with other companies who are much more polite.

No customer skills, no empathy, nice boxes but would never use or recommend them.we were late collecting the boxes we had a problem with a vetting that was being done , in-between Frankie calling me telling me how put out she was cause we were late ,I was taking calls from the vet. It didn't get any better when collecting the box Frankie still wanted to have a go , I really didn't need it.we were lateback we got stuck in traffic on the M25 and M4 , I did keep you updated all the time, bit ironic that you charged an extra 125 for being late back through no fault of my own and the day before I was to collect the box Frankie rang me and asked if I wanted to collect it a day early, no charge then because it suited you
