        It's a huge organization with many people working there. I met many supportive colleagues. My big disappointment came when I started to receive PCNs and the fleet would just send them without explaining how to deal with them, and I had to ask everytime questions. It's quite complicated the way these PCNs are managed, and if you are not an experienced driver, be ready to get some surprises. New drivers should be well informed about potential risks and get more support from the organization, and not just to be left on their own with the problem when it occurres.
