        Started off Great. Good service but later there was some miscommunication Crest stopped communicating and refused to take any responsibility. I even offered to buy more as part of a broader fix but Crest too short sighted to even appreciate this. Disappointing.

        For this year's Grand Officers regalia it appears they've fulfilled their own orders but also that for another firm - given the fact I'm still waiting for my undress regalia suggests they got their capacity wrong and have failed miserably. Not impressed and likely to shop somewhere else next time!
