Chris is absolutely fantastic! We called him on a Saturday afternoon after we realised that the plumbing in our newly fitted kitchen was leaking. He replied immediately and was with us in less then 10 mins! Highly recommended, hard working guy. Fixed the waste and tap in 30 minutes and saved the weekend. We will definitely use him again. Christian came next working day to locate and fix a leak under our kitchen floor. He was super fast to respond to my enquiry (on a Sunday), came next day to assess the problem, and the day after did the work that was required to fix the leak and ensure we didn't have the same weak points in the plumbing for it to happen again. He gave great advice and talked me through what he planned to do, checking I was ok with the proposals, then afterwards, updated me on everything he'd done/what he'd found/what we should do next. We didn't have a personal recommendation on which to use Christian, it was on the strength of his Google reviews alone, and he really deserves every 5 start rating he gets. Thank you very much! The boiler in my late fathers unoccupied house suddenly stopped working, which caused us a lot of stress as wed already had a burst pipe during the freezing weather. We were let down a number of times by the person our dad used to service the boiler when he was alive, so my sister contacted Christian. Totally opposite to our previous experience, Christian responded straight away and fit us in quickly to his busy schedule. He kept clear communication before we met at the house and arrived early. He is friendly and easy to chat to, and after having a look at the boiler he took the time to explain what he thought the problem was. This was no easy feat, as the electricity had been turned off in the area so he was unable to test it, but having done a couple of bits that he suspected might have caused the problem, he said hed be happy to stop by soon and check it was working when the power was back on. He didnt need to in the end, because we were able to switch it on and it was working fine. If youre looking for someone who is friendly, efficient and clear, Christian is the guy! Thank you!
