They were brought in to correct issues l had with tile fragments being left on the felt sheet just below the roof tiles in the loft rattles when the wind is strong. They re-laid the roof tiles and assured me that they had cleaned out loose fragments. More than a year on and I am still having similar issues. After much investigation, I have discovered that not only are there still loose tile fragments on the sheet but they have dropped a lot of clips that are meant to have been hooked to the under-side of the tiles. So the noise issue persists. Have attempted to get them back to rectify the issue but have been ignored despite me sending photos and videos. Very unprofessional and poor quality work. Service: Roof repair
