Did not receive item - told seller. They stated tracking showed it was delivered. I told them it wasnt. I called Royal Mail, who gave me a reference number for the seller to claim my refund for me (it must be the seller who does this). They refused to follow this up and repeatedly stated that there was nothing they could do. I responded each time saying that Royal Mail said they needed to follow it up, that was something they could do to help me but they repeatedly refused. Ive read elsewhere I am not the only customer theyve done this to. If only zero stars was an option. Avoid!
