        Andy replied promptly to our email enquiry and came to see the broken freezer the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the spare part, after checking the cost was OK for us. He was able to get the freezer working again on a temporary basis so we did not lose any food. The part arrived one day later and Andy returned to fit it. Throughout, Andy was clear about cost and when he could visit us, and arrived within the time he specified so we did not have to wait. Very professional service, competitive price and we will certainly use his services again for any other domestic appliances! Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
