        We travelled quite a bit last Thursday to go, whilst standing outside the front we were greeted by a worker that said they were having trouble with the generator and it wasnt looking likely itd fix. He went back in to retry and we went in to the reception to wait, he came back and told us it still wasnt working and said they would give us refunds. Wasnt the best news, but we understood nothing else could be done and we went on our way some place else. Its now been over a week with no communication at all other than an email saying theyd look in to it and we havent received a refund, Ive tried calling and also had no answer. Seeing all the positive reviews I can only assume this is a unique experience but its very disappointing nonetheless.
