Long wait for delivery I decided to re apply for franking machine (as my former machine stopped working about the time Neopost ceased). I made an application on 12 or 13 December 2022. I chose a machine and ordered. Today (Friday VI January 2023) I still haven't received my machine. I have not even received notification that it's been despatched. I tried calling their office to obtain an honest answer about expected delivery date but was cut off after 13 minutes waiting. I tried again and accepted a call back

Very poor customer service Had to call few times to ask for some paperworks and they were keeping me on the phone which cost me 15 and at the end they told me that could helm me. When I asked why they charge their existing customers with this costly phone charge the person said is the way how they make money. All calls are recorded and can be checked. I would like to get my 15 refund asap

I'm a legacy customer from NeoPost days...NeoPost were great. Now they are impossible to get hold of via phone or email and they only have an 0845 number charged at 5p/min on top of usual call costs, no wonder they keep you on hold for close to an hour. Our franking machine can't do 4D barcodes required now for special delivery, their "soliution" is to offer free memberships to SimplyMailLite and I'm still waiting for this to be setup and can't send anything tracked or recorded without going to a post office.
