I had the chicken Sunday lunch here outside by the canal. The food was reasonable, nothing exceptional but it was a hearty good portion and tasted as expected. The vibe is nice being outside, it was disappointing that we couldnt sit with a view of the canal and instead next to the wall. Those tables look like they are for groups instead of two. We did ask to sit by the canal and was told we couldnt, but the tables there went empty the whole time we were there For an area with a lot of good quality competition I had expected a bit more from the food, but like I say it was ok Overall it was a reasonable experience with a hearty portion of food. Im not sure I would make an effort to go back, but glad I tried it out and dont regret visiting

I had baby ribs in bbq sauce, my mother in law had the same and my wife had the 90s burger. Everything was flavourful but they took around 20 minutes to bring the food and drinks. We asked to bring us the slaw salad separate as my mother in law doesnt eat salad but it was brought to us with the salad in the same plate :(. I loved the staff, so friendly and happy. Price was ok for London standard.
