        As a performing arts student I needed to workout too. I was blown away by everything. The setting, the music, the coaches. The only thing I wish happened was there was no Cardi B songs. I highly recommend F45 Stratford to anyone if you want to become more comfortable in your skin the quickest way possible. I am size 4 but after sometimes at F45 I became stronger, healthier and with more energy. Thank you so very much to everyone at F45.

        I've been coming to this F45 studio for a few months and I love this place! Classes are fun, full of positive energy and good vibes. The studio is very clean, well equipped and modern with large screen showing real-time instructions. The coaches are awesome, they make you feel welcome and look out for your form.

        F45 Stratford is full of great people, hard work and a lot of fun! Dan, Sam and team were incredibly welcoming and immediately make you feel part of the furniture. They have built a genuine community which is rare in London. I've trained for a lot of ultra endurance events yet F45 remains the best training set up I have come across by a long way. The coaches provide expert support not just fitness and form but also nutritional advice. There are no egos and it really is a great laugh. Highly recommend giving it a go, it's well worth the investment in time and money and even Sam's Dad jokes are enough to make you chuckle at 6am.
