        The worst customer experience I have ever received. It has now been 8 months since I paid for eye test and I am still yet to receive anything!!! Every time I call, its let me check and call you back. This is the second Saturday in a row I have turned up to get my trial lenses and they have been closed. Eye care is healthcare - this is really unacceptable. Go anywhere else!

        Very helpful and friendly staff. Infocus optometrists gives good eye test services. I would definitely recommend everybody who have eyes prblm must go there.

        To anyone suspecting their calls are being ignored, you're right! I've been inside waiting and watched the phone ring and the receptionist ignore it to continue playing on a Nintendo switch!
