I booked the hall to use over a month in advance 2 weeks before my event I went to view it and all was well I was told to take a photo as things need to be left EXACTLY as it is. Fast forward 5 days to the day and the woman who I was in contact with went GHOST! not answering phonecalls,voicemails,emails, even went to the hall and nothing. Completely let me down on the day of my daughters christening! Super stressed out and had to rush arround to form some form of backup. Would not recommend using the hall.
