Wick Health Centre

I am Super pleased with my surgery. I have attended here for many years with my partner, 3 children including one on the way. Dr. Osen, the entire staff of doctors, nurses, physicians & full practice team are very efficient, empathetic, caring and do their best under increasingly more demands to provide a professional service to the community we love. Thank you again for being there when we needed you most including out of hours & responding to emails which gives a special touch & reassures that we are being acknowledged & understood. Really appreciate it!!

0 star rating. Prescribed me the wrong tablets. Luckily I went to a&e and the hospital prescribed me the right ones.

I have been a patient at the Wick Health centre for over 40 years and Dr Osen and his team are second to none in diagnosis and care.. prompt appointments and seen as quickly as possible, unfortunately for the rest of my family they are registered with Essex surgeries that are to say the least dreadful..

I wish I could leave less stars. Practice is terrible miss communication all the time I have been send several times to appointments and they dont have the right equipment. They dont inform patients properly you have to chase around them for anything and on top of that they dont care about your health. AVOID

Thankfully this GP practice is much better than many other practices where patients go months without getting through to a doctor. They also run some programs for new mothers, menopause and run awareness campaigns with the local council and NHS. I think a clearer channel of communication regarding test results even if they are negative would be useful (i.e. phlebotomist saying "we will contact you if there are any concerns").
