BEWARE BEWARE !!! Fiit have taken money from my account without informing me even though they have been told I have not used the app for nearly a year and I am not going to be using it in the future ! However they have charged me for another years subscription citing a message they allegedly sent which I cannot find and definitely did not read. Their customer services are so far being belligerent and refusing to refund the 120 they have taken from me so please be extremely careful when dealing with this company as they seem quite happy to charge for services that you do not need or use. They are now not replying to my emails as I have requested them to do so I am having to resort to leaving my experiences on all social media platforms. Fern Cotton was the one that encouraged me to join fiit ! I wonder how happy she would be knowing a company that she endorses are dealing with people in this manner !

CORRUPT BUSINESS! Tried to cancel subscription, but link on app wouldn't work and was unable to log in online as the website told me the email address wasn't associated with an account - this is incorrect as they emailed me a renewal to this account. This email went to junk and they are falsely claiming that this email was opened - it was 100% not as I only found it when searching after speaking to someone. They are refusing to refund as I didn't cancel before the renewal and only managed to speak to someone today (monday) renewal date was only on Friday - as I said I was unable to contact via app due to it not working - I sent over video evidence of this. Even without this issue the app is only OK at best - hence not renewing - much better platforms out there that are more ethical in their business practices
