Strong + Bendy

Great gym. I went a few times during my visit to London. I got a great workout in their row/ strength class and also a good midday stretch in their yoga class. The instructor are helpful, kind, motivating. There feels like a strong sense inclusivity which I loved. Will definitely return when I am in London.

This is hands down the best work out space I've ever been to. Rhian is so welcoming and makes sure you've got the right work out for you! I love it here! Everyone is smiling through their classes I especially love Pop HIIT pilates and the circuits. The space is so fab too! Cannot recommend enough!

WOW! What an amazing gym. I have been travelling for close to a year now, and have joined many "nice gyms" but I have never felt more welcome or challenged than I have been at classes at Strong+Bendy in the past week. The gym itself is wonderful, clean and organized. Instructors are all lovely and make you feel included and valued no matter what shape you are in, offering lots of options during classes. Wonderful community Strong+Bendy has built, I highly recommend the Pilates Pop as well as the Lift+Row. I'm sure the other classes are wonderful, I just haven't had the chance to visit (during my week trip to London). Can't wait to come back, thanks Strong+Bendy for such a fantastic experience.
