Wonderful service even in these times with this practice...saw Dr.Bhatti on Mon, call from the hospital on the Tues and saw the Dr at the RUH on the Wednesday....that is a wonderful service, all round, and I'm very grateful.

Lovely staff. Always able to get an appointment or collect prescription quickly.

I find it very hard to get an appointment and when you do allow 1 hour extra wait time, even if you have an early appointment as oftern running very late. doctors themselves are fine ( 4 stars) when you get in, but the most unhelpfull receptionist.

I am nothing but supportive of the NHS and the important role it plays in our society. That being said, something is seriously wrong with the services provided by both this and the Pucklechurch surgery. The doctors have often been helpful, but the team supporting them is nothing short of inept. Twice I have been given personal details of other patients because we have the same surname, they have failed to give correct information when booking appointments and have a flippent disregard for the sensitive nature and information expressed when trying to make an appointment. I have been made to feel that my personal details are broadcasted for all to hear. The receptionist staff at Wick are rude, abrupt and confontational, slamming the little window, huffing and having to have the last word. The interpersonal skills are lacking and to be desired. I completely understand they are working on a shoe string budget, but you can really really feel the impact here. The reception staff are clearly out of their depth, but a few manners and a better attitude would go a long way. Thanks
