I was out of my normal area on the Lea Valley towpath when the chain started to break, I scooted to Frankenbike, they saved my day..Chain fixed and realigned mech in a matter of minutes, home in time for tea. I will pay closer attention to servicing in future. Thanks Frankenbike

I had a problem inflating my bike tires. I came without an appointment. I was immediately shown how to inflate and it was done right away. (thank you so much). I didn't have to pay for this service: I'll be back if the tires lose air again. Or some other things are to repair! Thanks.
