Not a happy customer Build Completion: May 2018 Review Date: 02/12/2020 Just updating my review on these cowboys having paid GBP 2k after the electricity board found an illegal mains joint under my house, which was news to me and could (however unlikely) have burnt down my house (hence why they insist on joints being done outside the property)! Many thanks BD once again. Currently having my main bathroom redecorated just 2 years after build completion as it was simply not up to scratch. Next job to replace the sliding doors in my living room which have never worked from day 1. Then onto my shower room which has been leaking for 2 years, and another sliding door that needs replacing. Maybe on our 3rd year anniversary after build completion and having spent 1000s of pounds more than anticipated, we'll finally have a house we can call home..... Happy Christmas BD

Our flat has been completely transformed. Everyone who comes here thinks its terrific and cant believe its the same flat. The layout has improved, its much lighter, feels like there is more space and is a lot more comfortable to live in. Im really pleased with the result and it works very well indeed.

As our house is in a conservation area, we were concerned that it might prove difficult to get the project through planning. However, Building Designs proved to be knowledgeable of the process and worked very closely with our Planning Officer at every stage, and despite some objections from surrounding residents, planning was awarded. Superb Job

Working with Building Designs team was great. They listened to my needs and were able to deal to all situations which become apparent as the build was underway. I would certainly recommend Building Designs.
