I ordered two new aerials for my Motorola PMR's. I initially thought these might be pattern parts as they were so reasonably priced but they were genuine product. Arrived pretty quick despite the couriers best attempts not to deliver due to my 'in the sticks' location but thanks to the efforts of Stephen Marsh, one of the partners, he got the courier to deliver next day, despite the courier saying they'd already left the depot without my parcel. Steve's communication was excellent and he was personable and friendly on the phone and thanks to him, I had complete confidence in the company. I would not hesitate to use them again and I would certainly recommend them to anyone requiring communication items or components. Top man, top company!

It was my first time organising a complex and huge town festival. The staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. Excellent communication skills and great customer service. Definitely recommended.
