OMG the receptionist to start with the rudest person that i had to talk to over the phone ever, they left me waiting all day and they never turned up i phoned them several times all what i been told was ' we will check with the driver and we will phone you back when they will come' they never phoned me back so i had to phone them again and again and again same conversation after days waiting they told me AGAIN we cant come today but first thing tomorrow if you have workers waiting for them to clear the site don't phone them they are the worst company that i had to deal with so far i will never phone them again i'm sure who ever wants to use them they will have the same experience 0 stars for customer services 100 stars for unreliable and unresponsive

Unreliable and not the cheapest. Came a day late more than once and that was after booking 2 days in advance. Not good when you have builders waiting to get on with work.

Unreliable. It maybe a one off - but a confirmed delivery date was missed and promises of a rescheduled delivery were then broken repeatedly. Apologies were made, but this impacted a tight work schedule. The agreed collection date was also missed and promises of a collection over three days were broken. No apology made and were dismissive at this stage.
