        I had to call head office few wks ago when I had returned something yo the shop in town and was waiting 14 days for a refund I went I to shop in town and met with a pattr3nissing rude answer by far women in shop.saying I had to go online when I explained I couldn't do that as did not have a working computer due to motherboard on mine gone she was u managed to do it to order it I sai I had a computer then still unhelpful so in end I called head off and made a complaint about the service ans people thar currently work there I spoke to kat she was lovely listening to wot I had to say about service there and thar had not had a refund sent hear conformation off order etc she emailed me and with few days I got a another saying my refund was going nearly 16 days late but thanks to kat I got my money without her help I would be still waiting thank u kat for all.your help
