        Constantly blocked access. I live on a Close. My daughter goes to school on a transport bus. They could not get through. Despite asking politely if they could keep access clear. They continued to leave their vehicles & equipment all over the end of the Close. Totally inconsiderate & unprofessional. Photographs were also taken to document how the Close was inconvenienced & was witnessed by multiple individuals.
