Just had our french doors glass replaced excellent job, great service. Happy to recommend 1st Glass windows for anyone looking for quality double glazing work.

A great job (transforming an existing wooden, single-glazed front porch into a maintenance free, double-glazed version with plastic door) done very efficiently. The two lads arrived for an early start - always a plus point in my view - and really got on with the job. We now have a warmer house, which I am sure will prove more energy-efficient.

This is the second time I have used this company. First was to raise front door after having new carpets fitted. Recently replaced broken lock on bedroom window. Fitted me in, arrived on time great job done.

I had a terrible experience with 1st Glass Windows Ltd. Firstly, they turned up to site on a day that wasnt agreed, so there were other contractors on site (not enough room). Secondly, they turned up without the windows, but then claimed they were here to install them but couldnt due to scaffolding being up. Thirdly, they then drove off without explanation and sent an invoice for a full days work. Finally, they now wont install the windows after paying a hefty deposit and wont return my calls or emails. After speaking with other tradesmen in the window fitting industry, its apparent this has been the case with other customers, and looks like a scam. I would advise anyone to stay away from them
