Only used for MOTs at moment, 3 bikes and 1 car so far been good.... Don't fish for work and will do a proper fair MOT. will fail if not up to standard

The service you get at reception is really good. Unfortunately the communication with customer isnt as good. Car went in for repair, wrong part was ordered in, which was not a problem, but told I would receive a call back the next day to plan the fix in and still waiting almost a week later. I do wonder if they have too much work on, and this is affecting repeat customers. I returned for another part replacement that should have taken 2 hours (quoted by the owner) and charged 4hours labour. Won't be returning in a hurry. He told me staffing was an issue and new ramps were not able to be installed. Business need to focus on accuracy of workload before I return. I feel like they need to not get as much work in each day until the get the staff they they need. Shame really as they are great to speak with but over charged me. Service: Auto maintenance
