***PLEASE NOTE. I AM USING A PSEUDONYM*** CRAGS HEALTHCARE IS A SHOCKING USELESS GP PRACTICE. Unless you are mates with the staff, your health can just sod off basically. I am facing the fact I may have a terminal illness, yet I am not able to have a telephone appointment to discuss my test results, or request an urgent referral for an MRI scan. When I ring up at 8am, there are no appointments left, at 8.10 am, there are no appointments for the following day. My results are being withheld from me. If I turn up at either surgery in person at 8am.All the appointments have gone ! THIS PROVES THEY , ARE MAKING ADVANCE APPOINTMENTS FOR THEIR MATES.DAYS IN ADVANCE, which apparently one cannot do. So basically, I can **** off and die, and all their pet favourites can clog up the system, moaning about old age, or the cost of package holidays. I think it's time to move to somewhere else, but I don't trust them not to bodge up transferring my records!

Riddell has Retired This Practice is much better than Before . Doctor Abraham is fantastic , he listens communicates very well and finds solutions and treatments . He has been a great support for me and my mental health. The local nurses are great Yvette,Diane and Lindsey . Unfortunately the health visitor is so unhelpful its unreal, been calling us back for past 3 months . Then when she finally did her quote was Im always here if you need Anything There is a new Doctor who I have not seen yet but Im told she is very helpful . I changed my 2 star rating to 4 stars recently based on the improvements in reception, nursing and Dr Riddell retiring .

Dr Riddel has retired. This can only be a good thing . Now when you see a doctor they wont continuously ask about if you smoke . Always rushed in and out . No empathy or trying to understand . More doctors like Dr Abraham are needed .

Very poor GP practice. Hard to get a face to face appointment. Takes till near closing time to get a phone back or not at all. Phone practice to ask if they are phoning back was told I was phoned and they left a message. Really because I had the phone with me the hole day and I dont have an answering machine so where is my message? Also one GP in particular has really bad manners and is very rude to patients. Should be investigated and managed properly.
