I ordered a small item off this business through their website. After a week I had still no dispatch email or product so I contacted them through email but got no reply. I had raised it with them through their Google chat and got a reply on Tuesday with them saying a member of staff would study this on Wednesday. It took until the next Monday before I got another reply despite asking for updates. The reply was prompted by me raising it via PayPal. After this they said they would no longer be replying via Google, even though it could still be resolved by either them posting the product I paid for, or refunding me without the need for escalation on PayPal. Overall a very frustrating experience and I would recommend you avoid them as they don't want to know once they have your money. ***EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER*** I think the response by the owner should show what type of business this is to deal with. I had provided the order number when asking about the product. I got a reply asking where i ordered. I responded to this immediatley telling them it was on the website. Despite the immediate reply and asking for updates on the Thursday & Friday, i got no reply unit I raised it with PayPal. On top of this, I tried to use the website, however it did not recognise my email when I tried to go to orders. I used the lost password function but it did not recognise my email, despite me receiving an order confirmation email with my order number. I had also called the store numerous times with the line ringing out and left a voicemail on one occasion with no reply. To try and pin this as being my fault is a joke as i had tried the website first with no luck, email with no reply, numerous phone calls with no answer and then Google chat which i did get a reply, but no answer as to where the product was. The only option left was PayPal. It was a small item that did not cost very much but customer service can go a long way. Thanks, Matthew

Had a butterfly grave marker made and it was exactly what I wanted to use it for and was a good deal on their Etsy site. The shipping was surprisingly quick from the UK to the USA.
