        Nice, clean, great service. Rooms a bit dated and creaky, no sound insulation from the stairway and other rooms. Breakfast was more than generous and service was single handed but friendly. Nearby activities: Rutland water and village pubs.

        Didnt stay at The Noel, just called when passing through on the off chance for food, which was excellent. Food & drinks: All 4 of us had different meals, all were excellent. Service was good, host was very pleasant and beer was good too
