        Booked in advance to get my uncle with MS from my wedding ceremony to the reception. Cab didn't show. Called them up and they put me on hold for over 5 minutes to find out where it was, only to pick up the phone again and ask how they could help. They clearly hoped that putting me on hold for long enough would get rid of me. I was standing in my wedding dress in front of all my guests, wasting my time with this terrible customer service!! Really terrible business. Uber saved me in the end! P.s. don't bother booking A class cars. The guy who took me to the ceremony on my wedding day was an obnoxious and miserable bloke. Really had to block him out!
