I bought a pre-paid special delivery envelope here. The price was around 15% more expensive than at my local post office. I then realised I no longer needed it, so brought it back without writing on it the next day, with the receipt. The lady refused to refund me. This is contrary to Royal mail's policy, which will refund an unused postage label within 21 days of purchase.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, so rude with customer, is the second time going there and the staff is just horrible, Royal Mail should not allow such thing.

Not had a problem with the postal service, seems first class but please don't trust the foreign exchange. Numbers on the wall don't mean anything and don't assume the first offer is correct. Their lunch was on us today.
