Thanks to him I have been able to improve my technique and push myself to always enhance my level of fitness.     Tom helped me to work towards achieving my fitness goals by offering me in depth knowledge of nutrition, the best fat burning exercises and he also helped me with my form with regards to weight training.     Great PT, I've used a few in the past and can honestly say Tom understood my goals the best, he got back into shape/fitness to carry on playing rugby after an injury set back and his attention to detail can't be faulted. Truely knows his stuff and would highly recommend!
