Kelly is a fantastic personal trainer. I started 1:1 sessions with her when my son was 3 months old and I enjoyed my sessions and seeing me get my fitness and strength back. Kelly's group classes are also great fun and a good way to meet other Mums. Since COVID Kelly moved everything online so we can still keep fit and engage with others which is great fun. I always look forward to the classes :)

I've been going to Kelly's group classes since my first son was born in 2016 and am now doing weekly personal training with her, via zoom! Her upbeat attitude means that classes are always fun and challenging. She gets you to push yourself in the best possible way, because you want to, rather than because you're told to. She's lovely to be around and creates an inspiring environment to exercise in. Highly recommended.

Ive been taking part in Kellys classes since January 2020 and I cannot recommend her and Vivacity UK enough!! She can tailor each workout to you personally if you struggle with a certain exercise or way of doing a certain exercise, and there is always a range between classes ie Cardio, Abs, Legs. Kellys professionalism is above and beyond what youd expect from a PT and her bubbly personality adds the extra touch during classes and sessions. Looking forward to continuing throughout the rest of the year and future.
