Would give them 0 if I could... completely wasted our time! Was recommended them by a 3rd party kitchen reviewer and all looked very promising when they called me within 2 days. Took 10 days to get an appointment in their showroom which was a 2 hour round trip for us. It is now 8 weeks later and they still haven't sent through a design and quote despite multiple emails/phone calls promising it was coming "this week" for the last 8 weeks. Appreciate we weren't spending the same as some of their "award winning" kitchens, however, we still were looking at a healthy budget (another company has quoted 27k) so you'd think it would be worth their time or they would at least have the decency to not drag us to the show room if they couldnt be bothered to deal with us. They can't even blame their staff as the person we saw was the owner who gave us the big sell on how they pride themselves on good customer service... Update: Hi Nadia, thanks for your reply - which was amazingly quick considering my emails have been unanswered since 1st Feb - when Shehryar replied telling me your designer had been sick and I would receive the design by the 3rd. Shehryar had told me the sad news and I passed on my condolences when I got hold of him on the phone on 13th Feb. He said he was back from his leave and I would receive the design that week, however, given the situation, I didnt chase again until 25th Feb and why I copied another of your team in case he was still out. It is now another 3 weeks later and the only reason I am hearing from you is this review.

Just ordered our kitchen with Sheraton after months of doing research. We visited some of the luxury kitchen brands like Tom Howley etc but in the end due to their flexibility, quality and really good customer service we ended up going with Sheraton. A special thank you to Shehryar whom went beyond his duty and gave us very useful advice for our major renovation. Would highly recommend them. Looking forward to seeing the end product.

Shehryar and his team at Sheratons have been amazing through every step of our new kitchen. We cannot recommend them highly enough. If you need a new kitchen they should be first place to go to.

From the moment we stepped into Sheraton Interiors we were blown away by the highest level of customer service. They made us feel incredibly welcome and when I came to them with an idea of what I liked in a kitchen I was again, impressed with the design vision they came up with. They took my ideas and made it better than I had expected. For that reason we chose to award our business to them. As we are waiting for our kitchen to be installed we have been kept updated throughout the process. If anyone is thinking about upgrading their kitchen, I would always recommend Shehryar and the team.
