Please be very careful buying things from this charity as even with a receipt they refuse to refund money on damaged goods. Don't accept a voucher to buy something else in the shop your not happy with.

Extremely rude staff. Also be very careful what you buy there, as even if you have a receipt of a damage good they sold you ,they are not willing to refund you and you get abused

Donated a few things to this shop in Twickenham what a bunch of rude and entitled ladies that work there. She pretended that she didn't see me. Nasty lot British Heart better

I have been to several charity shops in the last few days an have found the helpful & friendly but unfortunately it wasnt the cas when I went to this one the lady on the till was helpful but the lady in the back room was quite rude an i will not be going back to this shop again
