Worst superdrug I have ever been too!! The staff working there are so miserable and lack extremely basic customer service skills. There is a lady who works there with dark hair and a nose ring who has been rude and extremely blunt towards me on a few occasions. Also, there is always a problem with the labels in store where the labels have been expired but nobody has taken them off the shelves or the products have been filled in the wrong place!! I went in yesterday looking to buy perfume and the same miserable woman told me that all the perfumes they were advertising on the counter werent actually on promotion until tomorrow?? If thats the case, why are they all being advertised at the front with promotional labels in bold to attract customers attention when they arent even the right prices?? I will never ever step foot in this shambles of a superdrug again!! Much better going to the twickenham one where staff are friendly & they have a much better range of products.
