        *** Visited again today, after nearly a two-years absence, and the fish was delicious and a positively huge portion for the large. The staff still very friendly and helpful. *** Simple and practical chippy but clean and with a couple of tables to eat in. The staff is lovely and friendly. The fish always very nice. The good hygiene rating is very encouraging. I would go more often if I lived closer. Parking: If you go in the evening there is plenty of available street parking on either side of the High Street. During the shopping hours it might be more problematic as the parking is free all along this stretch and cars tend to maximise their (free) stay.

      Simple and practical chippy but clean and with a couple of tables to eat in. The staff is lovely and friendly. The fish always very nice. The good hygiene rating is very encouraging. I would go more often if I lived closer.
      Parking: If you go in the evening there is plenty of available street parking on either side of the High Street. During the shopping hours it might be more problematic as the parking is free all along this stretch and cars tend to maximise their (free) stay.
