        Awful customer service, the staff were extremely rude and impatient. Youd think computer nerds were raised to have manners, clearly not. Do not recommend!

        I couldn't log into my laptop after spilling water over it and didn't expect it could be fixed. However, the guys spent a few hours on it, eventually managing to fix the issue. They just charged me the basic diagnostic fee. Highly recommended.

        Can't believe the previous bad reviews! I have used Crest IT Services for some years now and have found them to be absolutely exceptional. The staff are always very kind, patient and helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable.

        I would not recommend as rude and pushy staff, questionable origins of their refurbished equipment and generally not pleasant to deal with. Manners cost nothing and the staff member here had none at all.
