This was the second time I used Crystal Cleaning for a thorough deep clean following extensive building works. Just like before the team were punctual, friendly, professional and willing. I've been trying to arrange an end of tenancy clean for weeks, and have been surprised by the number of businesses which quote over inflated prices or fail to respond at all. Not so with Crystal Cleaning thankfully. martina has been prompt and professional throughout my dealings with her, and I was delighted with the clean, which was completed yesterday. The cleaners themselves were polite and friendly, and had clearly worked hard during their time in the property. The clean had been completed to a high standard, including the steam cleaning of a carpet, and they were upfront about any areas where they had struggled. I would have no hesitation in recommending Crystal Cleaning for others seeking a reliable end of tenancy clean.
