She is a really rude lady, she just insults the first chance she gets. When she smiles, its clearly visible that she is faking it. Will never go again, nor recommend. Go if you wanna have a bad vibe.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while finally got round to it. This woman is the rudest woman you could ever meet. If you have any kind of complex with your eyebrows, shell make you feel extra conscious about it. Its like paying money for someone to talk to you like you just crawled out from under a rock. If I could give this no stars, I would. I hardly ever write reviews, but this time I'm making an exception. This place has the rudest service I have ever encountered - and this has happened TWICE. Before you even sit down, she's pretty much insulted you (hence why I walked out the most recent time.) This happened a year ago and I was shocked but I decided to give her the benefit of doubt. A year later I pop in again and she was even ruder than the last time. She doesn't make you feel comfortable and her tone is quite frankly, disgusting. Honestly, you're better off going to Superdrug or the other salons down the high street. Disgusted doesn't even cover it. Service: Eyebrow threading

Ok threading for the high street. She just PAINFULLY SLOW. Took her around 60 minutes to thread 2 eyebrows. If youre in a rush - go elsewhere
