        My test for a restaurant that claims to have Latin American food will be two things. First, the salsa. Second, the spice. Los Americanos nails it. The pico de gallo served with nachos was a delight. Tomatos were fresh and the seasoning evenly balanced. The nachos were served with heaping amounts of sour cream and jalapeos. The cheese was melted and not the artificial liquid cheese. The wings were crispy and hot sauces have that kind of heat that will make you sweat. Of course, they can also be served for those shy of sweating over thier meal.

        Good quiet drink, limited but adequate menu and drinks selection. Snacks were tasty and the cocktails very reasonably priced. Good place for a quick after work drink.
