No customer service etiquette. Extremely unhappy. I liked some of my tattoos. Even tried to book more appointments. Had a family emergency so needed to cancel. Left on read. No reply. No courtesy. No conformation of cancellation. Then got arsey when I said it would have been nice to have conformation of this. Only ever replies when Im wanting to pay money My family member tried getting a voucher for Christmas. Took multiple times of saying Ive sent it out to finally get it emailed! Weeks of ignoring again. Weve all got busy schedules I get that. But its happened far too many times. Has 135 of my money, little response. Ive messaged and asked for this back as Im unfortunately uncomfortable getting tattooed here now but nothing. Service: Tattoos
