Sick and tired of chasing them to repair my CCTV. One of my cameras has not worked for months and despite repeated calls and emails it still doesn't work. They never answer the phone and if they do the young lady always says she's not in the office. Even when they send someone out he came without the correct tools or a replacement camera. I was happyish with the original install two years ago but customer service since has been appalling.

This company was recommend to us and one call two days later their representative arrived on time looked at our alarm and after discussion quoted us for a hybrid system. Less than 48 hours later a competitive quote and then instructed them to carry out the work. As before on time no mess same day finish and a brilliant professional job done with a much needed maintenance package. Because we were so delighted with them instructed them to install cctv as before excellent job and 5 star treatment. This company is highly professional, honest and treats customers like the old days, with respect and building a relationship with you. We would absolutely recommend Bridges Fire & Security without hesitation. Lucky to have found them.
